Vivid takes possession of property from the customers, understand the requirements, prepare a quote as listed in the maintenance services.

Once the quote is approved our expert team takes care of the repair work to be done in the flat. In the mean time the renting team will work side-by-side assisting the customers for potential tenants. Once the job is completed the house will be handed over.

MANAGEMENT

Vivid takes acre of the management of customer flats (in absence of the latter) where a periodical visit will be done as if VIVID is the custodian of the flat. This will be a great opportunity / deal for the customers (basically NRIs) who stay or are far away from their properties.
